As for location: the location is good, and all shops are close (Haso and Big market). You have to walk to the nearest beach about 5-7 minutes, good bars are very close (just opposite the Kill Grill), the apartment is situated in the beginning of Lungomare, so it could be noisy and lodly sometime (even on 8th floor). About facilities: The apartment has everything for a longer stay (it has washing machine, kitchenette, refridgerator, boiler for hot water, oven, TV-set). It's not new but everything works. Bed is comfortable. The thing I can really advise is to mount anti-mosquitos meshes, because it's impossible to let a fresh air in the evenings. About host: the host is El Mar Agency. They are very helpful and attentive. You can address all your issues to the host, and they will make their best to help you. Please, also note, the host can offer you best rates for all the touristic services (rents, taxi, excusrions etc.)
