The check in was excellent from the young man we found at the reception and he was kind enough to fix my double booking ,we arrived before 3pm and they did let us in.I like everything about the resort,the location the comfort and the meals were good they had that home feeling. It was also easy interacting with the staff, everyone went above and beyond to make us comfortable, it's so unfortunate I don't have their names but would have loved to mention everyone of them.

Stayed at Acros Resort and loved it! The service was top-notch, the room was spotless and cozy, and everything ran smoothly. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

We had a very good experience in thia hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel is quite new, therefore you can expect it to be very clean... there is a heated in-door pool and sauna and the location is breath-taking.

Really nice spa, steam sauna was great, large balcony with great view. Super friendly and helpfull staff. Nice restaurant with good food and apitizers.
