Please note that there are paid parking possibilities in the direct surroundings of the property. Guests can request a parking permit for the time limit of their stay. The extra costs for this are EUR 6 per day. It's also possible to park your car free of charge in a residential area behind the eastern part of the Boulevard. When guests arrive at the property, they receive an overview map of parking possibilities.Please note that the studio can accommodate up to 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults). When guests want to stay at the accommodation with 4 adults, an extra bed can be placed in the room upon request.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Ideal location, everything in walking distance. Just park your car and leave it there for the rest of your stay.
