Everything about this hotel is fantastic, the staff can’t do enough for you whatever you need they will sort for you, food is amazing at first glance the prices in the restaurant look expensive but they are the same as anywhere else in Lucerne so really is worth eating there as the food, the service, the views from the restaurant are just incredible, the shuttle to the town is so helpful but the walk is only 15mins, wish we had stayed longer, highly recommended

Location is very beautiful, staff is very friendly. The spa is nice , I only didn’t liked the food at the restaurant. I expected more modern kitchen. They have only ice cream for dessert…

We love everything!! The hotel, the room, the gardens, the food, the staff. All is perfect!! It was our 44th wedding anniversary celebration and they make it even more special with special details!!! It was perfect and we love it!!
