Well equipped flat with everything you need! Very clean. Soft bed, big balcony, kitchen with all the cutlery, pans, pots, hairdrier, iron...everything is there! Good wifi connection. 20 mín drive to the sea with car (good for beach holiday). 15 min drive to Tre Fontane Abbey where Apostle Paul sufferred martyrdom! Ostia Antiqua, city and port of ancient Rome is nearby, worth a visit, now a vast open air museum. Super cheap Eurospin supermarket a walk away. I recommend Lido di Sabaudia beach which is 60 min drive but many nice beaches around Ostia, much closer too. Private garage. Lovely host always ready to help via whatsup! And it was also great value for money comparing with other properties in Rome in June. Self checkin - it means you can arrive in the middle of night as we did. But in the night at 1 am its only taxi from airport (I bargained 50 eur for the night trip) bcs car rentals open at 8 am. Then in daytime I went back to airport with train/bus to pick up a rental car (I recommend Sicily by Car car rental). In daytime its Cortral bus to Ostia and then small train risde. Its really good if you arrive at daytime and have a car. Only 20 min drive to/from airport. I recommend this flat for longterm stays with car. Also OK if you use public transport, 700 m walk to train station Ostia Antiqua. Easy to get to beaches in Ostia with train.

Quiet place, without crowds and tourists. But excellently connected by metro to the city center and the beach. Everything is new and clean.

Light, airy, clean. Great location for us personally as we were close to family members & the metro. Coffee bar & bus stop 1 minute away. Shops fairly close by.
