Wonderful hotel in a great location in beautiful Viterbo. We arrived by car with our baby, and it was very convenient to use the hotel’s parking space (extra charge). The hotel also has a lift, which was very helpful for us. It is located right in the heart of Viterbo’s historic centre, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the room was extremely clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in.

We were on a driving holiday for two weeks in Italy. This was the only place we stayed for two nights. Mainly, that's because Viterbo is an amazing gem of a city but this set of suites were spotless, comfortable, large, and had a nice balcony with a good view in the heart of the town. Staff friendly. Tip: hold the card key horizontally not vertically against the reader. It works more reliably!

It's simply superb, everything is to the point. One of the most comfortable stays I've had so far. And the staff is super friendly and attentive. Would only ever go here when in Viterbo again.
