Easy access instructions to access the apartment, parking(paid) nearby. Great breakfast, typically Italian with cakes and pastries. Cereal, toast, cold meats and cheese were also available. About 10 minutes easy walk to access the main sights. Helpful friendly host. Great place to stay in Viterbo.
