A well renovated two storeyed stone country house situated in a wood, very charming and spacious and well equipped with a big fireplace in the nicely furnished living room. The pet-friendly enclosed patio is beautifully gardened, with outdoor barbecue facility. An ideal place to have a quiet holiday with friends and family. Lots of walks to explore around. Caramulo is only 20 minutes away.

Fantastic huge 3 bedroom house with surrounding forest. We really enjoyed big open fireplace with a lot of firewood in the warehouse. Lovely decoration of each living room and bedrooms. Thank you for delicious milk chocolate. I would like to visit one more time in winter season.

We loved everything - the host was very hospitable, the premises are the most beautiful and full of antiques, the kitchen is well-equipped, the space itself is extremely cosy and has everything you need for a nice weekend in the woods.

Having been slightly phased by the review mentioning mice and rat poison, we have decided to half our party as we were using the house to overnight before visiting Caramulo motor show. The house is old, but very well maintained. Antiques all over. Paradise for those looking for some old rural charm. Has a nice outside space - sitting and also a barbecue. Inside - not bad either. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen.
