It’s so neat and clean and the staff was very nice and breakfast was excellent and the staff who make breakfast she is very nice and friendly and the place was very very good room where we stay we can see the view ❤️❤️

Great hotel, super comfy bed and warm room. Good location for the shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast which was layed out earlier as we had to leave early. Thank you! .

I absolutely loved this hotel. During my stay, I unfortunately got sick, and the staff was amazingly helpful and caring. Genuinely, I cannot praise this place enough.

Staff, breakfast, and location were excellent. Close to the middle of Viseu with shops and bars. Breakfast was a large continental spread with lots of choice. Dining area was clean and modern. Secure parking available for motorcycles (and possibly cars too).
