This is a retro village so the location feats perfectly the mood while giving guests all the comforts in the room. Dinner was very pleasant and breakfast as well. Considering the zone of Romania it is quite expensive but it is good value for money overall.

We had a great time in Viscri 125. The guesthouse is located rather at the end of the main street of Viscri. It includes a few rooms (probably around 5-8) and a refurbished barn which serves as a restaurant for breakfast and dinner (and even lunch if you ask for it). The room was a bit small for a party of three but very cosy esp. during rain and cold weather when the heating was boiling (in our room) and the fireplace (in the restaurant) was creating a nice atmosphere. Our hosts were very helpful in understanding what to expect in the village and also to organize our departure (we were travelling without car) - the latter even without charging us for it which is truly exceptional given the next railway station is 25min away. We also had dinner once in the guesthouse restaurant where the lady cooked for us some local specialties. Dinner was tasty and quiet a lot of food... But the breakfast was truly outstanding. They offered a selection of at least 15 different local cheese plus around 10 different meats/sausages plus sweets.a and all of this even though we were the only guests during that day. Amazing, we never felt so special.

Thanks to the hotel we got to experience traditional village life. We had appartment with sauna. Rooms we nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was super. I reccomend and I like to come back.
