If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform NOVI Resort in advance. The reception is open from 08.00 - 16.00.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if travelling as part of a family.Please note that during the week 29, the age limit of 18 applies to the entire accommodation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location was great. We had bungalow 11 and it was right across from the sea. Facilities were clean. Drinks at bar were super expansive. Ordered a Moscow mule from the bar inside the restaurant and was charged $20 Canadian for half a mug. When I told the young lady server she said that this is how it is supposed to be. When I ordered the same drink the next day from the young guy server at the pool bar the mug was full. He was also a lot friendlier.
