The fine print
If you expect to arrive after 17:00, please inform Hotell Stenugnen in advance. During the period 13-26 July, guests under the age of 28 can only check in if travelling as part of a family. Additional guests of 13 years and older can be accommodated in extra beds for SEK 440 per person per night. Please contact Hotell Stenugnen directly to arrange this, as this is only possible with confirmation from the property.

A perfectly located little gem of a Hotel, situated by the docks, with the University and Almedalen just around the corner. Luxurious rooms and a friendly staff with a wish to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was superb and I had wonderful help organizing space for my wheelchair scooter. Traveling on your own with a less functioal body is a whole lot easier when met with this kind of helpfulness and kindness. I will return soon:)

The breakfast provided was the best I have ever had in any hotel. Home made bread was the King. The staff looking after breakfast was friendly helpful and a delight to talk to

Eveything else was nice and decent, but the bathrooms require renovation.
