Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The staff members were very good specifically Mr. Ramesh the front desk manager. I trust the service standards of this hotel is good because of this gentleman who is personally involving and solving the guest problem then and there. Any employer will love to have an excellent employee like him.
