Agency was very helpful. The bed collapsed on one side one morning and someone came by and fixed it the same day. Also we could leave our luggage at the agency in the harbour after checkout to get a later ferry the same day. Well provided house with everything you could need (except perhaps a microwave oven - nice if you bring a baby).

Location was close to the town center, but quite a bit up the steep hill. Parking was accommodated for our rental car.
