Accommodation, location absolutely great. The owner and his family are absolutely wonderful. The vacation was amazing. The best accommodation we have ever experienced. Many thanks to the owner for his helpfulness and willingness.

The host of the property was highly communicative and was ready to meet all our requests, making the whole process incredibly seamless. One major advantage we enjoyed was the convenience of parking right next to the house under a shady tree. This was a small detail that added a lot to our overall satisfaction. The apartment was beyond our expectations, furnished to an exceptional standard, with attention given to every single detail. As a family with three young children, we found it had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect too. It was only a five-minute walk to the nearby concrete beach, which, surprisingly, felt like our private oasis from 10-11 AM and 3-5 PM. The beach was fitted with stairs that led right into the water, so there was no need to wade in shallow areas. We could just jump in and cool off, which was particularly delightful. We're already looking forward to revisiting this beautiful spot in a few years, once our youngest child is older than six months. For now, we want to express our gratitude for this splendid vacation. Everyone in the family absolutely loved it, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. A huge thanks to Abaza family for creating such unforgettable memories!

The apartment is big enough, clean and looks exactly like on the pics. The kitchen is well equipped so we didn't miss anything. We had a great time there.
