We arrived in Vinh at the same time as the typhoon and were very grateful that the hotel was open. The staff were really helpful as we had no money to pay our taxi, one of them paid him for us until we were able to get some money out the next day. It was a very challenging time for the staff, some of the big external windows broke, there was flooding including our room as rain was pushed in through the windows. Even with all this extra work, the staff remained calm and courteous. It was great to have the restaurant on site as not many other places were open. It was a very welcome place to stay especially given the extreme weather conditions.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep overnight, I think this hotel is a great choice — it's affordable, the bed is comfy, everything is clean, and the room is spacious. But if you’re expecting more amenities, you might want to think twice, since it’s a 3-star hotel and doesn’t offer extras like a swimming pool, gym, or kids’ club. The breakfast is also quite basic and limited. Still, for the price, I think it’s a very good deal.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms with "floor to ceeling" windows and a very nice view over Vinh. Lovely shower and bathroom. I got the feeling of an international hotel in Vietnam. The service in the reception is excellent (Phượng is AMAZING) - I got followed up with everything regarding my transportation needs after the tropical storm, and also print out service for my future travel and bookings. Beds are a little too firm for my taste, but many people prefer firm beds. The location is a little bit off the very center of Vinh. I had an excellent stay - recommended 👍
