The hotel was very nice. The reception was amazing . Specially the lady ( sorry to say this , chubby , pleasant, since I don’t know her name ) was very welcoming and always catered to the needs . The issue was with the chicken, it was supppperrr dry , and not moist at all. The food needs to be improved . The pumpkins were raw. Food needs to be looked thoroughly and adviced. But to sum up apart from the food , rest were fine

Good location, located in Kandy main city centre. Easy accessible to shops, malls and eateries.

Very good hotel at a great location very close to the temple and the markets. Staff is very friendly. Very nice breakfast. The pool was lovely to relaxing after all day excursion.

Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Amazing breakfast and dinner (we loved the dinner offer). Nice pool area, close to the train station (short tuk tuk ride). Big supermarket, money exchange and the Temple of the Tooth in a close proximity.
