The maximum car height for the parking lot is 1.80 metres.Please note this property pre-authorizes credit cards left on guarantee, this is not a charge/deposit but only a hold or also known as a preauthorization. In the event of a cancellation without penalty, the pre-authorization will be released in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity. If the reservation is effective, the pre-authorization will be released also in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity.Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Foreign business travellers must show their passports and immigration forms when checking-in and when being invoiced during the check-out.Cleaning is performed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Location: great to walk i to Reñaca, wonderful to be in frontnif the seals and sealions, great sunsets. Vast majority of the staff were lovely.

Excellent hotel with stunning views! The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the amenities were a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, playroom, sauna, and swimming pool. The location is very good, just a 15 minute walk from the city centre. I would happily visit again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Renaca that want to relax and enjoy of privileged views. Thank you to the MR Mar Suites team for a wonderful stay.
