We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment in Villamagna. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages – it’s a great base for exploring some of the most important spots in Tuscany, and the seaside is only about a 40-minute drive away, which was perfect for day trips. The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional building. The village itself is small but convenient – there’s a shop, a pharmacy, and a local bar, which makes everything you might need easily accessible. Breakfast was provided in a typical Italian style, with items available in the cupboard in the room – there were crispbreads, croissants, jams, Nutella, as well as coffee and tea. It was simple but very much in line with the local vibe. The apartment was well equipped – we appreciated having things like an iron and a hairdryer available. A special highlight was the bathroom view – absolutely beautiful, overlooking the valleys. It really added to the whole experience. Access to the apartment was via key boxes, which was convenient and smooth. The contact with the owner was good, although personally I missed a bit of face-to-face interaction – it always makes the stay feel a bit more personal. One small thing that could be improved is the house guide – it would be helpful to include more detailed information about recycling and the schedule for waste collection, so guests know when to put the bins outside. Overall, a very nice stay in a charming location – we would definitely recommend it.

The accommodation is in a small village, which is a perfect location for excursions. There is a market under the apartment, we bought our breakfast there every day. The host is very nice.
