The various breakfast options and the location close to the ferries. Also the fact that we can self check in and self check out

The common area with fridge was fully stocked with water, milk, yoghurt, breakfast cereals, and more. It was very clean. The three people we met were all very pleasant. We needed a place to stay overnight to catch the ferry and the location was great.

Nice, well-stocked breakfast with yoghurt, fruit, bread and lot’s of other goodies. Clean and comfy. Two interesting churches in the town, one with impressive glass paintings.

We were on a stop over before catching the ferry to Sicily, so the location of this place right across the street from the train station was ideal. Very clean room and kitchen/dining area. Good shower with good water pressure and no issues with hot water. The air conditioning came in handy - even at the end of October. There was a good selection of both sweet and savoury food choices for breakfast. We were delayed by because of transportation issues and arrived in Villa San Giovanni late in the evening, but were taken by the owners to their restaurant for a late supper. That was above and beyond.
