Great location, parking available, great view from balcony, bar close by for coffee and meals, and we loved everything about it.

Lovely host and the property was very good value as we were the only guests in a suite of rooms (3-4 in total) potentially sharing a relatively small common lounge and kitchen. Convenient for the ferry to Sicily and very quiet with good double glazing so nearby trains were not intrusive. Attractive view across Straights of Messina from personal balcony. Secure parking on site (if you reserve the single place!). Good nearby restaurant recommended by host.

They view from the balcony. Take note the the Lounge& Kitchen are shared facilities which is not clear on the booking site. Davide went out of his way to assist us with the booking for the ferry to Sicily , which was much appreciated.

The property was in very close proximity to the ferry wharf which made it attractive for easy traveling to Sicily the next morning. The bed was very comfortable and there was everything we needed including off street parking. The cafe that included breakfast was great and the people were all so lovely and friendly.
