Fantastic location in a gated area. Very quiet and with wonderful views on the Agua, the Fuego and the Pacaya and the Atitlan vulcanoes. And of course, there is Oscar, who runs the hotel. Oscar is a wonderful and caring guy who prepared food for us and was very friendly and helpful.

Located conveniently for me a 45 min drive from La Aurora airport. Fantastic view from lounge area. Excellent communication prior to arrival including a very useful map to find the hotel. Hotel is located in a gated residential area providing good security. Receptionist spoke good English. Note: when you turn off the highway, the side road leads to a closed gate that initially makes the road look a bit like it has a dead end. The gate has a guard that will open it for you if you just say you have a reservation at the hotel.
