The fine print
1- Do not throw sanitary napkins of any kind, sanitary towels or condoms in the toilets. The bathroom has a bidet for a more comfortable intimate hygiene.
2-Smoking only outside the house, pick up cigarette butts and throw them in the trash.
3- Remove the remains of ashes after using the barbecue.
4- Clean the grills and griddle of the barbecue of grease and food residues after use.
5-Before using the swimming pool, take a shower to avoid, as far as possible, contaminating the water with creams, oils and other sun products.
6-Adult guests are responsible for the safety of children accompanying them throughout the grounds of the property, both inside and outside the house.
7- The swimming pool is free access. It is your own responsibility and that of the other guests accompanying you to ensure that no non-swimming guest falls in.
8- Treat with respect the flora and fauna that inhabit the garden.
9- No parties are allowed.
10- Ask for permission to give access to third parties.
11- Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
12- Minimize energy consumption. Always turn off lights in unused rooms. Turn off all lights when leaving the apartment. Make responsible use of hot water in the kitchen and bathroom.
13- Each guest is responsible for the order and cleanliness in both private and shared areas, picking up and cleaning the place after use:
A- Kitchen: cleaning and picking up dishes, utensils, machinery or appliances after use.
B- Bathroom: cleaning with microfiber cloth removing debris and moisture in shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Use of the toilet brush with cleaning product to remove debris.
C- Dining room and living room: remove glasses, plates, etc. to clean food debris or other marks on the furniture.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location is quite convenient if you're looking for hiking and climbing. It was nice to have breakfast included in the price as well. The house is spacious and has all needed amenities.

friendly host. Building and room are clean but dated. Garden and swimmingpool was good. Location en view from sea and mountains was good.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location between the mountains and sea is beautiful, the garden is tranquil and the kids loved the pool. Carlos was a brilliant host and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for more.
