We had a pleasant stay overall. The swimming pool was lovely, and the location is stunning—rich in history and perfect for sightseeing. Our room was spacious, featuring a beautiful veranda, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay.

The friendliness of the staff was pristine, the lady at the reception, Inês Bacalhau I believe, was so so nice! The breakfast was tasty, a little limited but what we had was good. Our room was upgraded to a Family Suite free of charge, it was nice, and the bed is amazingly comfortable. A genuine pleasure to sleep in. We went in June, and the aroma was divine, a mix of flowers with orange trees, and being outside was very pleasant. Lastly, both me and my partner really enjoyed the pool. I could stand everywhere, its maximum depth is probably 1.5 meters. It is comfortable to use, perfect temperature, beautiful surroundings... We kept saying we wanted to stay longer.
