The fine print

- When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 30 EUR per pet, per night, applies, with a maximum weight of 15 kg
- For prepayment of non-refundable bookings, the hotel will send a visa link. Prepayment must be done within 24 hours of receiving the link.

- A pre-booking confirmation is required to access our sauna and gym. Booking in advance is highly recommended.
- Children between the ages of 7 and 16 can access the Tranquility Water Lounge between 7am – 10am / 2pm – 5pm, if accompanied by an adult. Little rebels under the age of 7 are not allowed to use the facilities.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The breakfast offered a great number of choices served by welcoming staff. The front desk arranged a tour up the Douro River and a separate in town port tasting. The spa was attractive looking and the small gym decently equipped.
