A very quaint boutique hotel. Rooms were spacious with large shower and aircon which is such a plus. A welcome glass of port awaited for us in the room. Large comfy beds, TV and free WiFi There was a balcony to the room which we could sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine and wave at people going past in the cable car

This place is a very nice, clean, quiet place close to everything touristy by foot. You can walk everywhere, which is the best part. Carla was super helpful and ahead of anything you need. Breakfast is not included but can be served at the hotel if booked in advance (the day before) by an additional cost (which is very convenient because places for breakfast around open a bit late, after 9 am). If you drive there, parking is hard to find on the street, there are a few places near by (a bit expensive)

The room was spacious, very clean, and the location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and offered great restaurant options.
