The house was very clean, very well equiped for a whole family, the neighbors were a bit loud during the day, but after 10pm was everything ok. The owner, mrs Rui is very helpful, questions were answered immediately. We really enjoyed our stay at Hamilton house

Very good location, just walking distance to the center and the port, perfect communication with the owner Rui - she was always very helpful, booked the whale watching trip for us,sent us very useful information. The house is very comfortable and well equiped with a little garden. My children have liked it very much

Vila Franca do Campo is probably the best location to visit São Miguel if you are looking for a village. The departures to see whales and dolphins take place from here. The Village is quaint, with nice restaurants like Mercado da Vila and Churrasqueira O Jaime, and the Queijadas da Vila cafe, and with its own beach and its extraordinary volcanic islet Ilhéu de Vila França. The property is located in a residencial district and with easy parking outside, walking distance to everywhere including to the bigger supermarket Pingo Doce. It is nicely decorated and well equipped with all you need for a family. It is spacious, with a patio with dining area and with a nice rooftop where you can just about see the ocean. We had the chance of celebrating Halloween there. We decorated the front and welcomed many kids for a trick or treat. The host was really kind and helpful with questions and even to organize trips, car rental and etc.
