Staff are friendly. Hot water did not come in tap in morning but after some discussion the front office care taker brought hot water in bucket for my sister and me. Small cockroaches running in room and bathroom is disturbing snd needs good pest control. They arranged good Marithi Ecco their van to visit Mangalagiri 2 temples, TTD Balaji and Amaravathi Amaralingeshwarar temples and good driver. Good breakfast by 8 am

I was satisfied with room & amenities provided. Tea & coffee is very costly compared to the quality & rates prevailing in other hotels. It should not be more than ₹21 or 22/- incl GST
