The hostess is very friendly & helpful. I had trouble finding apartment after picking up key at hotel. She came to help me after hours. For future ref, walk out of hotel, downhill across plaza. Not far on right next to Niki's. Excellent view of plaza & out to sea on 5th floor.

Great location in the centre of Vigo, convenient for amenities and exploring the city. Good access to harbour for trip to Cies Islands. The young lady on reception was accommodating and helpful, on arriving.

Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Sparkling microwave. Location, although we had some difficulty finding our accommodations after check-in (which is done at the hotel).

Everything worked perfectly. They welcomed us in the best way: giving us the chance to leave our suitcases in the reception at our arrival, and leaving them again after the check out in order to walk freely around the city. The accommodation was fantastic: it was big, it had everything we needed and it was located in the most convenient place: in the main square of the city. I just loved my stay in Vigo. Highly recommended! And I'd like to thanks Carmen: you were just fantastic!! (She showed us what to do around Galicia and In vigo as well, was very very nice)
