the room space is just enough for 5pax, location near the main city, cleanliness it was ok. The only thing that gives me red flag is the stairs, I did not expect the room was on the upper side of the resto. The view was ok, facing the river. The rates is perfect if you just need a place to sleep. I booked with bfast, our food is delicious and the person who assisted/served us was kind and friendly. Over all, I can recommend as budget transient.

The property is clean and they provided towels and soap for all 8 occupants. The bistro is just below so it’s very convenient.
