The staff at the reception counter were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my queries efficiently and even upgraded me when an issue arose with the TV in my first room. I was offered a complimentary drink. All staff, doorman, guards and cleaning personnel especially made me feel home greeting me and smiling at all times. They also payed great attention to my well being and privacy. My room was spotless everyday. The stay was so enjoyable that I decided to extend it. The location is ideal to reach all locations of interests as well as services (bike rentals, restaurants, monuments, Mekong banks). Remember to enjoy a treatment at the spa, therapist are extremely talented and prices very competitive. As a guest you will enjoy a 20% discount. You can conveniently avail the laundry service that will take very good care of your clothes and return them in time record. Like most of Vientiane and Laos, the place is very safe. All my gratitude to all the staff and particularly to Sir Atee.

All said and at that price I will choose again next time. It is affordable and the location is surrounded by stores and restaurants. Very accessible and the staff were good.

The room looked clean and comfortable. Also had great view of the city. The bed was comfortable too. We liked that the hotel was located centrally so we walked everywhere.
