The hotel rooms were furnished beautifully with a high quality finish. The hotel itself is very modern and the staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was also very good. They have a fabulous rooftop bar and restaurant which overlooks the city- lovely place to relax!

Beautiful decor, very comfortable room. Great roof top bar and restaurant. Extensive buffet breakfast. Great for a staycation in Vientiane and price compared to similar hotels. Lovely views of Patuxay and city.

The hotel is very well located. Vientiane is a small Asian city, and although distances are short, walking during the hotter parts of the day can be exhausting. I chose to go for walks very early in the morning (around 6 am), then return to the hotel for breakfast and a short rest. After that, I always used Loca/Taxi, which was reliable, inexpensive, clean, and safe. Airport ⇄ hotel: 135–150 000 Kip Train station ⇄ hotel: 250–300 000 Kip (depending on traffic) Hotel ⇄ city centre/cultural heritage sites 55-60 000Kip The breakfast offered more than enough in both quality and quantity. The staff are professional, kind, and always willing to assist. I enjoyed both the continental and the traditional Laotian options. Expecting anything beyond this would be unreasonable—it reflects a lack of understanding of Laos, and indeed of much of the world. I stayed in two different rooms, both of exceptional quality, especially considering the economic context. Everything worked perfectly, and the level of comfort exceeded that of equivalent hotels in Australia or the United States. We are in Laos, and the experience must be understood in its own context. Nothing could be more fitting. Asking for more would be unjust to the culture, and to the genuine, thoughtful service of the hotel team—from management to housekeeping. The manager, Mario, and the night desk officer, Rico, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. If I return, I will certainly stay here again. Thank you, Rico and Mario.
