Modern hotel in a superb location near temples, coastal prominade, restaurants and cafes. The rooftop infinity swimming pool is a great place to spend time at sunset. Breakfasts had a wide variety with attentive staff. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Reception staff were very helpful.

The most impressive thing about this hotel is how experienced and helpful the front of house staff are, they communicated with us clearly in English which is extremely helpful. They made every process seamless and smooth. Helped up with things both inside and externally to the hotel. I will mention by name: Olieng, Date and Linda. Between the three of them they made our stay amazing. The room was spacious, clean, comfy and cool. Everything in the room worked perfectly and it even had a very high quality TV! We used the restaurant for dinner and it was exquisite. The complementary breakfast was perfect for any and all people as they offer a wide variety of breakfast foods. The pool was refreshing, clean and had complementary towels. Overall our 5/5 in all sections is very much deserved. Would book again.

Staff were very helpful. Booked taxis for us to the train station and to the airport at a very good rate. The decor was themed in neutral colours with a Lao motif. The massages we had in house were very good. The gym had a small amount of weights,a bench, and a treadmill, which were modern. There was water and towels in the gym. The area around the pool was very pleasant with a view over the city. You could leave your luggage at reception.
