I had problems with my suitcase very late at night and one of the female staff members bent over backwards to help me. She did not have to do that and could just give up any time during the process but she did not. I’m really grateful and highly appreciate her effort. It touched my heart. Overall, the room was comfy and they even had a filter for the shower head, which is very nice and considerate.

It's close to the central station so it's a good hostel to stay at for a transfer. Great noise isolation from the street. If you close the windows, you can't hear any outside noise. My 4 bed room had its own sepparate bathroom with a shower, so I didn't have to share it with the whole floor, which is usually the case with other hostels. Carlos and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
