Small but cozy room. The bathroom was clean, and the location is convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The room and bathroom were clean, room heating was sufficiently warm even during winter, staff was helpful and polite, we were allowed to store our luggage at the reception for some time after check-out. Location-wise, the hotel is very close to the tram station, in which we could directly access the city centre via tram 71

The locations is very convenient and the room was cery clean. Also they left a small good luck charm for new year on the pillow :) very thoughtful

The location was excellent. 20 minutes to the airport/20 minutes to city center. Excellent transport links (trams /trains /also easy to get to Vienna Central Station) Close to supermarkets (Billa and DM) Heating worked, hairdryer was in the room (messaged before to ask). Table and fridge in the room. Cups and towels provided. Checked in after 10 pm - and was able to get the key myself (messaged before to let the hotel know) Would stay again!
