The property is less than 5 walking distance to the tram station Am Tabor and from there you are 15 min away from the main attractions. The check in process was simple with instructions given by the owner prior to the arrival. The property was clean, equipped with everything you need during your stay. There is a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious. There is a nice terrace on the roof and also on the ground floor. At the angle of the building there is a supermarket and across the street a bakery.

The location is excellent, with a SPAR supermarket just 70 meters away. Tram line 2 is nearby, offering convenient access to downtown. Street parking is available directly in front of the apartment building.
