Entry was by key code only and the whole building was being refurbished. This caused us confusion as it was unexpected as ladders and builders still at work. Inevitable dust in the building corridors. The maid let us in the wrong apartment and we had been sent the wrong apartment number! The maid sorted out the issue to our relief. Our apartment was very new, very well equipped and very spacious.Very clean and kitchen equipment was very impressive and the internet worked very well. The apartment was almost next to bus and tram stop(0) and accessible to Wien bahnhoff two stops away. Local supermarket and fast food shops in abundance. Large bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine. Favoriten (District 10) is a mixed community so not a main tourist thoroughfare.

The place is clean. 2 rooms with living room One bathroom with 2 sink and shower without toilet seat, and another small bathroom that has a toilet seat with small sink. The plave near to a tram "O", 3 stations to main train station vienna. There are many rsstaurent around. 1 fan

Extremely fast solving the problems we faced with the Door locker. Reumannplatz metro station was really close and confortable to go to the city center, in less than 15 minutes we were on the opera state building.
