A truly wonderful experience. We appreciated the perfect location within walking distance of the Karlsplatz metro station, the very helpful and polite staff, and the overall cleanliness. You can also take a nice walk to Vienna State Opera , Kärntner Straße, and Stephans Platz . We’ll definitely come back again.

My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had everything needed for my stay - and more. The fridge and kettle were a very welcome addition to the room too. The breakfast included everything from fresh fruit, cereal, cheese, ham, pastries and a selection of conserves - just to mention a few items!! The selection of coffees from the machine was excellent too. Location was perfect for me as I was in Vienna for the music so I could either walk or take the trams. The journey from the airport was straightforward too so no complaints about public transport. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and, as a bonus, their English was far better than my German. I'm going back!
