It's a great hotel in a great place. Nothing to complain about. Breakfasts are great. Bathrooms are great and so are rooms. Location is magnificent. Staff is great, and special thanks to Hannah who made our breakfast experience very very pleasant. She's a true professional. We're coming back, that's for sure.

We were checked-in by Ermanno who was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. No problem was too much for him to deal with. He seemed to have an equally pleasant manner with everyone he dealt with. Our room was very comfortable and we were just a short walk from the Opera House.
