My friend and I had a very, very good stay at this hotel: We had selected it for its location and it really was so perfect. We could walk to so many places (Sisi museum, Kapuzinergruft, etc., restaurants (Demel, Sacher, Figlmüller to name some of THE Austrian ones to visit). Absolutely great. The room was spacious, twin beds, comfortable, there's an elevator so it isn't a problem to get there with heavy luggage. Staff was friendly and breakfast was a good selection and very tasty. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Vienna and within walking distance to all main attractions. The hotel has a beautiful, historic charm and the breakfast was delicious. Our check-in was at 14:00 but there was a small water issue in the room. Since it was Saturday, the technical staff wasn’t available right away, yet Hamida at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged a larger and more comfortable room for us — it felt just like home! Waiting a little was totally worth it. Thanks again to Hamida for her warm attitude and care. A lovely hotel with friendly staff, great location, and cozy atmosphere. I’d definitely stay again! 💛
