I spent a day in Vienna. I arrived before check-in, and Veronica allowed me to leave my belongings and change clothes. The hotel was very close to everything and very clean, which was perfect for me. I've been abroad many times, but I've never seen such attentive hotel owners. Veronica was very sweet and helpful. Veronica, if you're reading this review, I've arrived in Budapest. Thank you again for everything. 💖💖💖💖💖

Our stay was cancelled one day before checking in, but we were accommodated in Hotel Post, which was a great place to stay, so we have no complaints other than their WiFi wasn't working.
