Quite comfortable stay in general. The location was excellent for exploring Grinzing, Döbling, and Nußdorf on foot. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the useful kitchenette with an electric kettle was a plus.

The architectural lay out of the room provided a comfort stay for my family, having 2 double beds, 2 offices, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies in 2 levels.

I stayed in the "Superior Room with Terrace". The view was very nice from the terrace where, if it wasn't raining, it was very nice to stay. The pictures on the website are relevant. The bedroom is on the upper floor, while the living room and kitchen are on the entrance level. It is a great choice, and I was pleasantly impressed by how the space was optimized to include everything you might need. However, this comes at the cost of limited free space ;) The area is very good with access to public transport and supermarkets. It is definitely a very good option for Vienna and I will book again on my next trip.

Everything was great, only 1 of the 2 rooms smelled a bit funny. Otherwise perfect 2 night stay with kids.
