Exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold foods. Close to underground station, bus and tram stops. Felt very safe, even late at night walking to and from underground station. Launderette just a few minutes walk away.

Breakfast was first class. The location was sufficiently close to city centre, just 3 x metro stops but neighbourhood a little run down.
