The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location made sight seeing very easy., the museums etc were only a few minutes walk away.

Check-in was smooth and quick, the room was spacious with a tub and a shower. The location was perfect, close to sights, metro and tram lines. I went on the Easter weekend and they had a bunny chocolate and some drinks as a welcome gift in the room, which was a nice touch. Breakfast had many good options.
