We stayed at Grand Hotel Wien. Pros: great location — everything is close and convenient, and the staff is very attentive. Breakfast deserves a special mention: definitely choose this option, you won’t regret it! Cons: the towels were clean but quite worn out and should be replaced. The mattress also felt tired and would benefit from an upgrade. Overall, a good impression, but from a hotel of this level you would expect a bit more attention to detail.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was great! There are a mall in the hotel and has some shops and great markets. The breakfast was very delicious.
