This is the second time we went to the property. While in the first time we had a very nice stay, this time we had couple of issues. The most striking was lack of hot water in the first and third day of our stay. The communication with the manager was infrequent and I barely reached them out. It was disappointing.

Great location, and easy check in system. The bed was super comfy and it was a nice touch having the coffee and snacks in the room

The hotel’s location is perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions, restaurants, and pubs, which made it really convenient for exploring the area. However, the self check-in process wasn’t great. We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time and faced some issues as the code provided didn’t work at the door. Unfortunately, there was no staff available at the desk to assist us, so we had to wait until check-in officially opened to even enter the lobby. This was a bit inconvenient, especially after traveling. On a positive note, the room itself was spacious enough and comfortable for our stay.
