As a frequent traveler I was very positively surprise of this hotel. Overall exceptional experience, from helpful staff, convenient location, comfortable bed and amazing breakfast (which should be on Michelin guided list: 10 out of 10). Truly magical experience. Would recommended to anyone.

The location was extremely central- we were able to walk to cafe sacher for a late night pudding and the state opera within 5 minutes. St Stephen’s Cathedral was a 10 minute walk away, and the Hofburg and museums were around 15 minutes (not including a lie down in the Burggarten!). A 15 minute walk from Wien Mitte and a 15 minute tram ride to Wien HBF. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. It was our honeymoon and they ensured we had a beautiful room (top floor under the eaves with the coolest curtains and bed!) along with a complimentary bottle of fizz! The central atrium was gorgeous and the bar staff extremely helpful. Our German is less than perfect but it didn’t matter as their English was impeccable!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The decor of the rooms, and the hotel more generally, is stylish. The breakfast was great. And the service was fabulous - couldn’t have been better. I would definitely stay here again.
