I was lucky to stay at this hotel and would like to share my positive experience. First of all, I would like to highlight the professionalism of the hotel management. Due to weather conditions, my flight was delayed, but the hotel handled everything very professionally. When I arrived, the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was not very large, but it was clean and well maintained. I would especially like to commend the housekeeping staff — they maintain a very high standard of cleanliness. I am very satisfied with my stay. Unfortunately, due to confusion with the airline, I had to leave one day earlier than planned. However, I would gladly return to this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful — they even provided me with an adapter to charge my phone. There is also a very nice offer: instead of daily room cleaning, guests receive two complimentary coffees at the reception. Some people complained that their rooms were not cleaned, but this is not accurate, as the coffee is offered as an alternative. The only small inconvenience was that the coffee machine occasionally had technical issues, so it was not always possible to select a drink. However, the coffee itself is very tasty. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
