"The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help. The breakfast was rich and delicious, offering a great variety. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet the metro station is within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it."

Alserstrasse metro station is very close. Overall, the room and the bathroom was also clean. We had clean towels and hot water. Nobody disturbed us during the stay. Pretty great experience in the low budget class. Very smooth and easy check out. The bathroom has a manually controllable ventillation, so if you steam it up or make some smell, you can easily pull it out. Extra point: If you want a room cleaning, you must hang a sign on your door, instead of anybody going in to clean it unless you state not to.
