Very pleasant communication. Easy to find and check in. Located between two lively areas but quiet location and close to a grocery shop and bakeries. We like to walk and found it an easy walk into the centre/museums. Very clean and enough things in the kitchenette for us to have breakfast and a basic meal when needed. Bathrooms very clean and one seemed very newly refurbished. Plenty of hot water.

The location was just excellent, close to many shops and transport. The rooms were so spacious and beautiful old world furnishings.

The apartment was great, even better than expected! Very warm and cozy despite the minus temperatures outside. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The building is absolutely gorgeous inside, truly felt like we were in a historic location. The area around the hotel is also great and very cool, lots of small bars and restaurants with a great vibe. We really enjoyed our stay and the fantastic hospitality and we look forward to staying here again.

The facilities were large and comfortable, excellent for our 1 year old. We enjoyed the old world feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful.
